Day 1 – Arrival in Raipur

On arrival at Raipur Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Check in andrelax.Overnight stay in Raipur.

Day 2 – Raipur →Champaran Day Trip ( 60 Kms/one way)

After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Champaran. Visit ChandrasekharaMahadeva Temple and the temples associated with Vallabhacharya. In the evening, return to Raipur. Overnight stay in Raipur.

Day 3 – Raipur →Puri by Vande Bharat

After an early morning check-out, proceed to Raipur Railway Station and board theVande Bharat train for Puri. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Later visit Jagannath Temple for darshan, Overnight stay inPuri.

Day 4 –Puri →Chilika Lake →Puri

After breakfast, proceed to Satapada,Chilika Lake. En route, visit Alarnath Temple. On arrival, enjoy a boat ride to spot Irrawaddy Dolphins and visit the Sea Mouth, where Chilika Lake meets the Bay of Bengal, subject to weather and boatavailability.Return toPuri in the evening and visit Golden Beach / Blue Flag Beach. Free time for shopping at the local market.Overnight stay in Puri.

Day 5 –Puri →Raghurajpur →Konark → Bhubaneswar

After breakfast and check-out, proceed towards Bhubaneswar.En route, visitRaghurajpur Heritage Village, famous for handicrafts andPattachitra art, followed bySakshi GopalTemple.Continue toKonark via the Marine Drive. VisitChandrabhaga Beach,Ramchandi Temple and the famous Konark Sun Temple. In the evening, enjoy the Light & Sound Show at Konark, subject to operational schedule.Later, proceed to Bhubaneswar and check in to the hotel.Overnight stay in Bhubaneswar.

Day 6 – Bhubaneswar Local Sightseeing → Overnight Train to Kolkata

After breakfast, check out and proceed for Bhubaneswar local sightseeing. Visit Lingaraj Temple,Udayagiri &Khandagiri Caves,Dhauli Shanti Stupa and other sightseeing places, subject to time.Later, proceed to Bhubaneswar Railway Station and board the overnight train to Kolkata.

Day 7 – Arrival in Kolkata → Local Sightseeing

On arrival at Kolkata Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Check in and relax.

Later, proceed for half-day local sightseeing, including Victoria Memorial, St. Paul's Cathedral, Birla Planetarium and Indian Museum,subject to operational timings. Overnight stay in Kolkata.

Day 8 – Kolkata →Gangasagar → Kolkata

Early morning, proceed for a full-day excursion toGangasagar. Visit the holy confluence of the River Ganges and the Bay of Bengal and offer prayers at Kapil MuniTemple.Later, return to Kolkata.Overnight stay in Kolkata.

Day 9 – Kolkata Local Sightseeing → Railway Station Drop

After breakfast and check-out, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Kalighat Temple, Howrah Bridge,Belur Math and Dakshineswar Kali Temple, subject to time. Later, transfer to Kolkata Railway Station for your onward journey.

• Complimentary services for child below 4 yrs will be at the hotels only and it will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from offered
• In Cruise & Helicopter tickets  below 2 Yrs are complimentary only chargeable taxes
• Complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
• Note in Deoghar there is no 5* Hotels , so in 5* category will be given 4* Dlx hotels , rest as per categories wise
• AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her
• If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
• If any services not using or  missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason  traffic jam/political disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund
• Gangasagar Car Parking to Gangasagar Holi bath electronic rickshaw on direct payment basis  
• During day of high tide at Gangasagar, ferry time could be changed
• Revised Rates will be applicable if any  diesel  price hike

• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
• ITINERARYMAYCHANGEAT ANYTIME-Were serve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour.

Payment Policies

• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
• Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed.

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Bhakti Route Premium Tours Pvt Ltd  can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
