• COVID-19 pandemic authorities have issued guidelines for devotees coming to attend the Uttarakhand   religious destination/leisure tourist area.

• Without a mask will not be allowed to enter the any temple
• Carry both doze vaccination certificate compulsory 
• Thermal screening near temple
• Or any new guidelines come from  State/central Govt will follow all guest

COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency

• In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any national or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
• However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Bhakti Route against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.

Your Trip Exclusion

• Personal expanses’ laundry ,telephone, tips, soft drink , portage etc
• Any things mentioned in the inclusions
• Any train or airfare or helicopter tickets not included
• Additional sightseeing or extra usages of vehicle other than mention in the itinerary
• Entrance fees, any pooja fees, guide charge , any pandit jee charge for pooja
• Any natural calamities like landslides, flood ,road block or political disturbances 
• 5% G.S.T will be extra on total billing

• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to availability at the time of making Reservation .Incase of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arrange similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any fair & festival or Bhagwat katha or VVIP movements
• Early check in/late check subject to room availability , standard check in time 2:00 pm and check out 10:30 am timing
• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal .AC will work only in the plain area or worked till  Haridwar later it will be switched off
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination
• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like helicopter/pony/Palki/horse, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
• ITINERARYMAYCHANGEAT ANYTIME-Were serve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour.

Payment Policies

• Deposit of 30% of the package cost at the time of booking.
• 100 %  payment of the package cost,30days  prior to departure date

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 45days  prior to departure
• 50%of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• 75% of full tour cost between  15-29 days  prior to departure
• 100 % full tour cost between 0-15 days prior to departure

HELICOPTER

• There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted
• Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcase cannot be kept in the helicopter
• If Kedarnath settle helicopter not fly due to bad weather or any technical reasons or any VVIP movement , in this case clients can direct repost on same to GMVM/Helicopter counter in Guptkashi , they will do stamp and  sign  in your tickets , Amount  will be refund after 20-30 working days
• Passenger would be extra charges above body weight 80 kg while chopper transfer in kedarnath ,the guest directly on the spot below charges which were given approx it could be either less or more as well INR 250 per kg
• Timings for chopper from phata -Kedarnath or Kedarnath-Phata 7:00 am to 4:00 pm ( operational subject to weather conditions)
•  From  Phata -Kedarnath last choppers ,client will be stay in kedarnath and next day morning return approx ( 7:00 am by first to Phata)
• Time allotment same day in helipad counter
• Choppers reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions
• Any extra night stay due to bad weather will be borne by client itself
• Kindly book your back flight/train ticket after one day return back your home
