Day 01: New Delhi –Haridwar ( 225kms/approx 7 hours drive )

Airport/Railway station New Delhi is the starting and ending point of this yatra. The first day of your journey shall be spent at Haridwar. We give our guests a Deluxe accommodation stay on their arrival at Haridwar. This rest is much needed for them before they start their Kumbh journey with us.

Up on arrival, guests shall be checked-in to their rooms. Later guests shall be briefed by our staff about the tour,. All contact details of our concerned personnel of Kumbh will also be shared with the passengers.

He further instructed to start mending the bridge of Khadkhari crematorium area and to make build Chandipul into the double lane.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra.

Any donations, tips, Special pooja,Pandit Jee & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.

DISPUTES
-
Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
PAYMENT TERMS
-
The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 7 days prior to date of journey.
-
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if informed 7 days before arrival date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the arrival, then the booking would be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges -

More than 15 days before the departure date — 50% of total charter amount

Between 11th to 15th day before departure date — 75% of total charter amount
-
Up to 10th day before the departure date — No Refund.

No show – No Refund.

Bookings will be accepted, only on acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions by the guests. In case of bookings through a tour operator/travel agent, the same shall be applicable
