Detailed Yatra Progarmme

Day 01  Arrival Pathankot Rly Station/ Pickup and   Proceed to  Bharmour 170 Kms ( Approx. 6 Hrs drive )

Arrive at Pathankot Railway Station, where you will be met and assisted with your pickup. Proceed towards Bharmour, enjoying the scenic drive through the beautiful Himalayan landscapes. En route, visit the sacred Brahmani Mata Temple, an important religious site in the region. Continue your journey to Bharmour and check in at the hotel.

Day 02  Bharmour – the Holy Village (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive), followed by a flight to Manimahesh.

After breakfast, proceed to the Holy Village of Bharmour, followed by a flight to Manimahesh. Upon arrival, visit Gaurikund Temple and begin the trek/walk towards the sacred Manimahesh Lake. Perform Kailash Darshan and Parikrama of the revered Manimahesh Kailash Peak. Witness the magnificent views of the peak, and, if desired and conditions permit, take a holy dip in the sacred lake. After completing the pilgrimage, descend towards Dhanchho for an overnight stay. Alternatively, camping near the lake may be arranged, subject to weather conditions and local permits.

Day 03  Return from Manimahesh to the Holy Village by helicopter, followed by a scenic drive to Bharmour.

After completing the Manimahesh pilgrimage, return by helicopter from Manimahesh to Holi. From Holi, drive to Bharmour, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Later, visit the historic Chaurasi Temple Complex and seek blessings at Dharmraj Temple and Chitragupt Temple. In the evening, explore the local market and, during the Yatra season, enjoy the vibrant traditional fair and local cultural atmosphere.

Overnight: Bharmour

Day 04   Bharmour -Dalhousie/Pathankot.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Dalhousie. En route, visit the picturesque Khajjiar, often known as the “Mini Switzerland of India,” and enjoy its beautiful meadows and scenic Himalayan surroundings.

Continue your journey to Dalhousie and explore the charming hill station with local sightseeing.

Day 05  Drop to Pathankot Rly Station

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Pathankot Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying the divine blessings of Manimahesh and cherished memories of a truly spiritual Himalayan pilgrimage.

Important -  Manimahesh Kailash is a high-altitude destination, where oxygen levels are lower. Proper acclimatization is therefore very important for a safe and comfortable journey.

• Stay well hydrated and drink approximately 3 litres of water daily.
• Wear layered clothing, especially above 4,000 metres, as temperatures can drop significantly.
• Avoid overexertion and allow your body sufficient time to acclimatize.
• Follow the guidance of your tour leader/local authorities throughout the pilgrimage.

Registration Process-

• Filled yatra application form and permit form for Adi Kailash 2026 with coloured photo
• Medical fitness certificate required from any MBBS doctor
• Copy of Identity proof like Aadhar card, Indian Passport and Voter ID
• Two Additional coloured passport size photo

• Rates are not valid for any festive /peak season/long weekend
• Helicopter fly subject to weather condition
• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her
• If any services not using or  missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason  traffic jam/political disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund
• Revised Rates will be applicable if any  diesel  price hike
• Revised rates will be applicable if any  Govt taxes changes
• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to availability at the time of making Reservation .Incase of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arrange similar category hotel.

• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like Sightseeing Hotels, train ,flight, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payment Policies

• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
