Day 02 Haridwar – Guptkashi  (190 KM / approx drive 5-6 Hrs)

Leave for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast early in the morning. On reaching, check-in to the hotel. Guptkashi is located at a distance of 38 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance . Evening self explore Beauty of Natural Hills . Overnight at Hotel

Day 03 Guptkashi - Sonparyag - Kedarnath (40 kms +20 kms Trek / 6-7 Hrs)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag, from to Gaurikund reach by local vehicle on sharing self payment approx ( INR 30-40 Per Person) . From where, you will start your 19 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a doli or a horse for your trek (on direct payment basis) Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. "Jai Bholenath" chants echoes in the mountains. The mists envelop the mountains and slowly lift away. When you can view the picturesque beauty you are left mesmerized. On arrival check in. Overnight /Lodges/Ashram.

Day 04 Kedarnath - Sonparyag - Guptkashi (20km trek + 52km drives/5-6 Hrs)

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ Pooja (on direct payment basis) to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges/Ashram

Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Gaurikund later on sharing local vehicle self payment reach to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to your hotel. Overnight at Guptkashi

Day 5  Guptkashi  – Delhi  Karol Bagh  (225km / approx drive 5-6Hrs)

Morning breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Delhi Karol Bagh !!!!  Kedarnath  Tirth Darshan over with Happy memories

• Complimentary child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
• AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her
• If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
• If any services not using or  missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason  traffic jam/political disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund
• Revised Rates will be applicable if any  diesel  price hike
• Revised rates will be applicable if any  Govt taxes changes
• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to availability at the time of making Reservation .Incase of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arrange similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any fair & festival or Bhagwat katha or VVIP movements
• Early check in/late check subject to room availability , standard check in time 1400 Hrs and check out 1200 am timing
• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal .AC will work only in the plain area
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination
• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like Sightseeing Hotels, train ,flight, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
• ITINERARYMAYCHANGEAT ANYTIME-Were serve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour .We will make reasonable efforts to not if you promptly of such changes/events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour.
• All puja fees on direct payment basis or mention the itinerary

Payment Policies

• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
• Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed.

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Bhakti Route Premium Tours Pvt Ltd  can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
