Day 02 Haridwar - Guptkashi (190KM / approx drive 5-6 Hrs)

Leave for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast early in the morning. On reaching, check-in to the hotel. Guptkashi is located at a distance of 38 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient

Day 03 Guptkashi - Sonparyag - Kedarnath (38 kms +20 kms Trek / 6-7 Hrs)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag, from to Gaurikund reach by local vehicle on sharing self-payment approx ( INR 30-40 Per Person) . From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a doli or a horse for your trek (on direct payment basis) Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. "Jai Bholenath" chants echoes in the mountains. The mists envelop the mountains and slowly lift away. When you can view the picturesque beauty you are left mesmerized. On arrival check in /Lodges/Ashram ( Sharing beds).

Day 04 Kedarnath - Sonparyag - Guptkashi (19km trek + 40km drives/5-6 Hrs)

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ Pooja (on direct payment basis) to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to Guptkashi .Overnight

Day 05 Guptkashi - Badrinath (190km / approx drive 7-8 Hrs)

Today morning, check out of the hotel at 07:30 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After having your breakfast in the morning, Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site which holds immense importance for both Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is set at a height of 3133 meter. After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. On arrival check into the hotel. After some rest and refreshments you are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening. But first you have to go to Tapt Kund (Hot Spring), take bath and then go to the temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath Ji is 15 meters in height, built in the form of a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and spire. Later back to hotel.  Overnight stay at hotel

Day 06 Badrinath – Rishikesh(280 km / approx drive 8-9 Hrs)

Departure Time : 9:00 am

Today morning, visit Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Later, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you can leave for local sightseeing at Badrinath. Visit major attractions of Badrinath such as Mana Village which is last village of India, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple.

Later drive to Rudraprayag, the town features stunning natural beauty and tranquility. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 07  Rishikesh – Delhi Rly Station  (225km / approx. drive 5-6Hrs)

Morning breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Delhi Rly Station !!!! Dodham Trip over with Happy memories

• If any services not using or  missing like hotels/sightseeing/vehicle etc being reason  traffic jam/political disturbance/high tide/ natural climates – no any amount refund

• Cancellation charge would be applicable as per company policy
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal .AC will work only in the plain area
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions ,political conditions &traffic conditions in the destination
• Any  cancellation or delay in hotel check out due to third party service ( like Sightseeing Hotels, train ,flight, the extra charge would be applicable .The next allocation for the hotels subject to abilities
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payment Policies

• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed.

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Bhakti Route Premium Tours Pvt Ltd  can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
