Day 01 Delhi- Haridwar (250 km / approx 5-6 Hrs)

Welcome your “   Super Saver Chardham Tour Programme”  Pickup Point : OPO Essential RODALI Karol Bagh New Delhi & Proceed to Haridwar. After Reaching  take holy bath & participate Ganga Aarti

Day 02 – Haridwar - Barkot (190 km / approx 6-7 Hrs )

Today morning Vehicle will go for registration and hill certification. It will take time of 02 to 04 hrs after that guest depart for Barkot. Which is a beautiful hill located on the foot of Yamunotri. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to relax and self-preparation Pahad (hiII) yatra of Yamunotri the next day.  Overnight at Hotel/camp

Day 03 Barkot - Yamunotri Darshan – Barkot (40 KMS +06km trek /2-3Hrs one way)

Early breakfast proceed to Kharshali, which is base point of trekking Yamunotri. Here also wish you can hiring dolly/palki/horse on self-payment. The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 m), the western most shrine of the Chardhams, is snuggled in the Banderpunch range (6,361 m). Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 1 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja.

After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel/Camp and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, temples & ashrams. Enroute Visit  famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight at Hotel

Day 05- Uttarkashi – Gangotri - Uttarkashi (110km / approx 3-4 Hrs one way )

Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri is set at an altitude of 3048 m. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century's temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight at Hotel

Day 06 Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (225 KM / approx drive 07-08 Hrs)

Leave for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast early in the morning. On reaching, check-in to the hotel. Guptkashi is located at a distance of 40 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance

Day 07 Guptkashi - Sonparyag - Kedarnath (47 kms +20 kms Trek / 6-7 Hrs)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag, from to Gaurikund reach by local vehicle on sharing self payment approx ( INR 30-40 Per Person) . From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a doli or a horse for your trek (on direct payment basis) Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. "Jai Bholenath" chants echoes in the mountains. The mists envelop the mountains and slowly lift away. When you can view the picturesque beauty you are left mesmerized. On arrival check in Ashram/Lodges. ( Sharing beds )

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ Pooja (on direct payment basis) to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to Lodges/Ashram

Later you'll start the return trek of 19 km from Kedarnath to Gaurikund later on sharing local vehicle self payment reach to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to your hotel. Overnight at Guptkashi

Day 09 Guptkashi - Badrinath (190km / approx drive 7-8 Hrs)

Today morning, check out of the hotel at 07:30 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After having your breakfast in the morning, Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site which holds immense importance for both Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is set at a height of 3133 meter. After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. On arrival check into the hotel. After some rest and refreshments you are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening. But first you have to go to Tapt Kund (Hot Spring), take bath and then go to the temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath Ji is 15 meters in height, built in the form of a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and spire. Later back to hotel.  Overnight stay at hotel

Today morning ( 5 am ), visit Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Later, return to the hotel for breakfast( 7:30 ). After breakfast, you can leave for local sightseeing at Badrinath. Visit major attractions of Badrinath such as Mana Village which is last village of India, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple.

Later drive to Rishikesh, the town features stunning natural beauty and tranquility. Overnight stay at hotel

Payment Policies

• Flight Fare + 25% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
• Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
• If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.

Cancelation Policies

• 25% of full tour cost 30days  prior to departure
• More than 30 days of travel date 20% of ground package cost
• 30 to 21 days before the travel date 40% of ground package cost
• 20 to 15 days before the travel date 60% of ground package cost
• 14 to 10 days before the travel date 80% of ground package cost
• 10 days before the travel date 100% of ground package cost
• Flight cancellation as per airlines policy + service charge + tax.
• Cruise cancellation as per cruise policy + service charge + tax.
• Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed.

 

TERMS AND CONDITION :-

• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines, hotels, cruise and transport. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
• Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.

 

• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
• The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
• Bhakti Route Premium Tours Pvt Ltd  can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
